Power and Politics Ethics can be defined as the moral concerns that an individual basically follows while having any sort of decisions. This kind of aspects basically helps in governing the behaviour of any of the individual. Ethics basically depicts the moral correctness. And in terms of the organization, ethics can be defined as the systematic thinking of the consequences of any of the decision on the basis of morality.

It can be inferred that if the decision of the organization has the potential to harm any of the stakeholders be it the internal one or external, then we can say that the moral consequences of the decision are not up to the mark.
